PTFE (Polytetrafluoroethylene) Raschig rings are classic random tower packing components designed with equal or customized height-to-diameter ratios. Featuring smooth internal and external cylindrical surfaces, these fluoropolymer rings provide a large effective contact area for gas-liquid absorption, stripping, and distillation processes.

In addition to standard 1:1 aspect ratio Raschig rings, we manufacture extended-length PTFE hollow cylindrical sleeves and custom tube geometries tailored to specific column bed heights and hydraulic performance targets.
