Product Overview & Material Excellence

Engineered for ultra-clean and highly corrosive fluid handling, our high-purity Perfluoroalkoxy (PFA) tubing combines the thermal stability of PTFE with melt-processability for exceptionally smooth interior surfaces. This translucent fluoropolymer tubing allows visual monitoring of fluid flow while preventing trace metal contamination, particle generation, and chemical absorption in critical production lines.

Designed to fit standard compression fittings, flared connections, and push-to-connect fluoropolymer valves, PFA tubing offers superior clarity, flexibility, and fatigue resistance compared to traditional PTFE.

Key Performance Benefits

  • Ultra-High Purity Surface: Smooth inner bore reduces fluid turbulence, prevents particulate buildup, and ensures complete drainability for sensitive chemical media.

  • Broad Chemical Inertness: Resists virtually all aggressive chemicals, including strong acids, organic solvents, ultra-pure water (UPW), and reactive gases (pH 0–14).

  • Wide Thermal Working Range: Operates reliably across extreme temperature conditions from -200°C (-328°F) up to +260°C (+500°F).

  • Optical Translucency: Clear-to-translucent material enables real-time visual inspection of fluid levels, flow rate, and bubble formation.

  • Flex Fatigue & Stress Crack Resistance: Exceptional durability under continuous flexing, stress, or pressurized fluid delivery cycles.
