Constructed with a seamless inner core of virgin smooth-bore or convoluted PTFE, each hose is reinforced externally with high-tensile 304 or 316 stainless steel wire braiding.

The inner fluoropolymer liner isolates process fluids from metallic contact, preventing media contamination and internal corrosion, while the external stainless steel braid provides high pressure rating capability and physical protection against external mechanical abrasion.
